The waterproof cycling jacket is multi functional shielding you from precipitation and protecting you from the elements at large.  The Eclipse II jacket features reflective lined zip off raglan sleeves for easy conversion to a vest and a 2" fleece lined collar for extra weather protection and warmth.  The jacket is windproof, water repellant, lightweight and stowable.  The bright color of the  jacket will make you visible to motorists, which is also a plus.
